"One Star – Avoid at All Costs
Any review above one star for this landlord has to be fake or written by someone who’s never actually done business with him. He is a dishonest operator who should not be trusted.
He lied about using his insurance company to sponsor my small business in a building he claimed was given to him by his father. After we signed the contract and invested over $60,000 in improvements, we discovered the agreement was essentially worthless. He then forced us out of the space using police assistance, during which tens of thousands of dollars worth of art, priceless memorabilia, and even parts of his own building were destroyed. None of the work we completed was properly insured.
If someone is willing to go to such extreme lengths to sabotage their own tenant and damage their own property, how can you possibly trust them with any aspect of your business or insurance needs?
I will be attaching photos of the damage, along with messages and video evidence showing this man presenting himself as a trustworthy insurance agent.
Do not be fooled by his manipulative tactics. Save yourself the headache and financial loss — look for a different landlord and a legitimate insurance agent."
